My experience is in the area of trial practice. I have appeared in the Idaho Court of Appeals, the Idaho Supreme Court, and the Federal District Court for Idaho for more than twenty five years. Trial practice includes, criminal law, personal injury and civil litigation including probate matters and real estate. Personal injury cases include wrongful death, victims of auto accidents and drunk driving, pharmaceutical cases, and class action litigation.
My educational experience includes degrees from Boise High School, 1979; degrees in English and History from the University of Idaho, 1981-84, graduating with honors, and a doctorate of from University of Idaho, 1987. In law school I was recipient of the Award of American Jurisprudence in Civil Procedure and graduated in the top part of my class. Continuing education includes emphasis in the areas of civil and criminal law, with an emphasis on trial practice and constitutional studies.
